Fintech firm AvenuesAI Ltd has announced a partnership between its digital payments gateway CCAvenue and Shiprocket Checkout, a high-conversion checkout platform from e-commerce enablement company Shiprocket. The collaboration aims to streamline digital transactions and improve the checkout experience for online merchants across India.

Under the integration, merchants using CCAvenue will be able to access Shiprocket Checkout’s faster and more efficient payment interface, designed specifically for Indian consumers and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. The companies say the partnership is intended to help businesses reduce friction in the payment process and convert more online traffic into successful transactions.

CCAvenue has been expanding its work with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), supporting them in digitising operations ranging from payments and logistics to customer engagement. The company says the integration with Shiprocket Checkout will allow merchants to scale their operations more efficiently in an increasingly digital economy.

As part of the partnership, Shiprocket Checkout merchants will also gain access to CCAvenue’s wider payment infrastructure. This includes features such as same-day settlements to improve cash flow, international payment acceptance, conversational payment options and no-cost EMI facilities. Merchants will also be able to send payment links directly to customers through channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram and email.

The companies say the integration will also support smoother set-up of payment infrastructure across customisable e-commerce platforms. This will enable businesses to manage product listings, inventory and social commerce tools more efficiently while strengthening sales and customer engagement.

Pankaj Dedhia, Group Chief Business Officer at AvenuesAI, said the collaboration reflects the company’s focus on helping SMBs fully digitise their operations. He added that the partnership would help extend CCAvenue’s payment solutions to a larger base of e-commerce merchants.

Shiprocket’s Gaurav Mangla said India’s growing D2C market requires stronger digital infrastructure. He said the partnership with CCAvenue would give merchants access to a trusted payments ecosystem, helping businesses convert online demand into revenue more effectively.
