Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor has renewed the lease for a residential apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu locality at a starting monthly rent of ₹6 lakh, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The renewal agreement was officially registered in February 2026 on the website of the Inspector General of Registration Maharashtra.
The property is located in the Prime Beach residential complex in Juhu, one of Mumbai’s most sought-after luxury neighbourhoods. The area is known for its premium housing stock, including sea-facing bungalows and high-end apartments, and continues to attract affluent buyers, investors and film personalities.
Registration records show the same apartment had previously been leased in October 2024. The unit spans approximately 365 square metres (3,929 square feet) and comes with four dedicated car parking spaces. The latest agreement incurred a stamp duty of ₹36,000 and registration charges of ₹1,000.
According to Square Yards’ analysis, the renewed lease is for a 12-month tenure. The monthly rent begins at ₹6 lakh, translating into a total rental commitment of ₹72 lakh over the full term.
Juhu remains one of Mumbai’s most prestigious residential micro-markets, benefiting from strong connectivity via the Western Express Highway and JVPD roads, along with proximity to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. The neighbourhood also offers easy access to major commercial hubs such as Bandra Kurla Complex, Andheri and Santacruz.
Shraddha Kapoor, who debuted in Teen Patti and rose to prominence with Aashiqui 2, remains one of Hindi cinema’s prominent contemporary actors, known for her work across romance, comedy, horror and action genres.
