Mumbai, September 2025 – Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold his luxury apartment in Khar, Mumbai, for ₹15.60 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate portal Square Yards. The transaction, registered this month with the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra, reflects the continued demand for premium housing in one of the city’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.

The property sold is located in Rustomjee Paramount, a premium residential development in Khar. According to registration records, the apartment has a carpet area of 1,989.72 sq ft (around 184.85 sq m) and a built-up area of 2,189 sq ft (203.34 sq m). The transaction also includes three car parking spaces.
The deal attracted a stamp duty payment of ₹93.60 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000. Records further indicate that Shroff had purchased the apartment in 2018 for ₹11.62 crore, suggesting a significant appreciation in value over seven years.
Khar: a premium real estate hub
Khar is regarded as one of Mumbai’s most established residential markets, offering a mix of upscale apartments and commercial developments. The area’s proximity to Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Lower Parel and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport makes it popular among high-net-worth individuals.
