Hilton has expanded its footprint in Bengaluru with the launch of Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Whitefield, strengthening its multi-brand presence in one of India’s most important business and technology hubs.

The hotel, developed in partnership with Minerva Executive Apartment Private Limited, is Hilton’s second property in Whitefield and joins six existing hotels across the city, including Conrad Bengaluru, Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks and DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield.

Strengthening presence in India’s tech capital

Bengaluru, home to more than 400 multinational companies, continues to attract strong corporate and leisure travel. Located in the heart of Whitefield, the new Hilton Garden Inn offers convenient access to major business zones such as International Tech Park, Prestige Shantiniketan and the Export Promotion Industrial Park (EPIP). The area is also known for its growing mix of dining, retail and entertainment spaces.

Zubin Saxena, senior vice president and regional head for South Asia at Hilton, said the opening reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to the city. “Bengaluru continues to be one of Hilton’s strongest growth markets in South Asia. The new hotel allows us to bring our signature hospitality to the heart of the city’s tech corridor,” he said.

Features and amenities

The 223-room property includes three dining options: an all-day restaurant serving local and international cuisine, a contemporary bar and a lobby lounge designed for casual meetings. For business travellers, the hotel offers 7,000 sq ft of meeting and event space, while leisure facilities include a fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool, which is expected to open by March 2026.

Jenny Milos, Hilton’s vice president for brand management in Asia Pacific, said the property would strengthen the Hilton Garden Inn brand’s presence in the region, offering “modern amenities and Brighthearted hospitality” for today’s travellers.

Hilton currently operates nearly 100 trading and pipeline hotels across South Asia, including more than 70 in India, and plans to expand to 300 trading properties over the next decade.
