Indian actor Pankaj Tripathi and his family have invested in two residential properties in Mumbai, with a combined value of Rs. 10.85 crore, according to property registration documents accessed via Square Yards from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).

In the first transaction, Tripathi, along with his daughter Aashi, purchased a luxury apartment worth Rs. 9.98 crore in the Seabliss Building, Andheri West. Spanning a RERA carpet area of 188.22 sq. m. (~2,026 sq. ft.) and a balcony area of 32.14 sq. m. (~346 sq. ft.), the unit totals around 2,372 sq. ft. The deal also secures three parking spaces. This purchase, registered in July 2025, carried an additional outlay of Rs. 59.89 lakh in stamp duty and Rs. 30,000 in registration charges.

The second purchase involved Tripathi’s wife, Mridula, and daughter, Aashi, acquiring a compact apartment in Aashapura Heritage, Kandivali West, for Rs. 87 lakh. Covering a carpet area of 39.48 sq. m. (~425 sq. ft.), the transaction attracted a stamp duty of Rs. 4.35 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000. The deal was finalized in September 2025.

Celebrated for his nuanced performances in films like Gangs of Wasseypur, Stree, and Ludo, as well as the popular series Mirzapur, Pankaj Tripathi remains one of India’s most admired actors, known for his authenticity and versatile portrayals.
