Wipro has announced the launch of its AI-Data Center (AI-DC) solution, aiming to help businesses move from experimental artificial intelligence (AI) projects to full-scale deployment across operations.

The India-headquartered technology firm said the offering combines infrastructure modernisation with AI capabilities, enabling companies to upgrade existing data centres while preparing for AI-native workloads. The solution integrates NVIDIA’s AI Enterprise platform with Wipro Intelligence™, creating what the company describes as a unified and secure AI stack.

Industry experts note that many organisations struggle to transition AI initiatives beyond pilot stages due to concerns around scalability, governance and security. Wipro’s new platform seeks to address these challenges by offering standardised tools to deploy and manage AI systems across business functions.

Satish Yadavalli, Wipro’s global head of cloud, infrastructure and security services, said the solution is designed to support “scalable, secure and infrastructure-ready” AI adoption. He added that enterprises would be able to modernise their data environments while embedding AI into core operations.

NVIDIA, a key partner in the initiative, said the collaboration would help businesses integrate AI more effectively into their existing data centre frameworks. John Fanelli, Vice President of Enterprise Software at NVIDIA, highlighted the need for operational models that enable organisations to scale AI securely from proof-of-concept to production.

The platform will also underpin a new AI-driven contact centre solution. This includes features such as real-time transcription, contextual summarisation, and AI-powered recommendations for customer service agents. It will also offer sentiment analysis and automated documentation, aimed at improving efficiency and compliance.

Wipro said its Partner Labs network will support the development and deployment of AI use cases, allowing enterprises to co-create solutions and scale them rapidly.

The AI-DC solution will be available globally across sectors including banking, telecommunications, retail and healthcare, as companies increasingly invest in AI-led transformation.
