Film production house Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Private Limited has purchased two luxury apartments in Mumbai’s upscale Prabhadevi locality for a combined value of ₹36.57 crore. The transactions, recorded in October 2025, were confirmed through property documents accessed by real estate platform Square Yards on the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.

High-value deals in South Mumbai

According to the documents, the first apartment, priced at ₹18.57 crore, is located in Hubtown Twenty Five South North, a premium residential tower in South Mumbai. The unit has a RERA carpet area of 222.13 sq. m. (around 2,390 sq. ft.), with an additional 19.40 sq. m. (208 sq. ft.) of extra space. The purchase includes two car parking slots. Stamp duty for the transaction amounted to ₹1.11 crore, while registration charges were ₹30,000.

The second apartment, purchased in the same building, is valued at ₹18 crore. It offers a RERA carpet area of 221.30 sq. m. (approximately 2,382 sq. ft.) along with an additional 12.86 sq. m. (138 sq. ft.) of extra area, and also comes with two parking spaces. Stamp duty of ₹1.08 crore was paid for this transaction, along with registration fees of ₹30,000.

Prabhadevi, located in the heart of South Mumbai, is one of the city’s most sought-after residential destinations. Well connected to business hubs such as Lower Parel, BKC and Nariman Point, the neighbourhood is known for its luxury high-rises, corporate offices and proximity to the iconic Siddhivinayak Temple.
