Real estate developer NeoLiv has announced the sale of inventory worth ₹1,251 crore in a premium plotted township project in Faridabad, highlighting growing demand for high-end residential developments in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The company said it launched 285 residential plots priced between ₹2.88 crore and ₹9.94 crore. The development is being executed under a development management agreement with a regional real estate partner, with completion targeted for March 2031.
NeoLiv’s project is centred around a golf-greens township concept, reflecting a broader trend among developers towards lifestyle-driven residential communities aimed at affluent buyers.
Mohit Malhotra, Founder and Chief Executive of NeoLiv, said the company remained focused on creating “thoughtfully designed, category-defining products” capable of performing across market cycles. He added that the township had been planned with that long-term vision from the outset.
The announcement comes amid rising investor and homebuyer interest in Faridabad, which has increasingly emerged as a key growth corridor within NCR. Industry analysts attribute the shift partly to infrastructure expansion linked to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), one of India’s largest industrial and logistics development projects.
Improved connectivity and urban infrastructure have contributed to growing demand for premium housing in the city, particularly plotted developments that offer larger spaces and gated-community living.
Faridabad has also benefited from the expansion of social infrastructure in recent years. Large healthcare institutions, including Amrita Hospital, alongside established educational institutions, have strengthened the city’s appeal among upper-income families and professionals seeking alternatives to central Delhi and Gurgaon.
Property consultants say demand for luxury plotted developments has remained resilient despite broader market fluctuations, driven by buyers seeking long-term capital appreciation and greater flexibility in home design.
The latest sales figures suggest developers are increasingly betting on integrated township projects in emerging NCR micro-markets as urban expansion continues beyond traditional city centres.
