Mumbai-based real estate firm Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited has unveiled its first major brand campaign, titled “Luxury Coastline Collection”, aimed at expanding its footprint across some of the city’s most exclusive waterfront locations.
Announced on 9 April, the initiative brings together 11 high-end residential and commercial projects spanning key coastal areas including Versova, Juhu, Carter Road, Bandstand, Prabhadevi and Nepean Sea Road. The developments are expected to be completed over the next four years.
The company, which has traditionally focused on projects in Juhu and Andheri West, said the campaign marks a strategic move into Mumbai’s premium coastal property market. By combining multiple developments under a single brand vision, Sri Lotus Developers aims to position itself more prominently in the ultra-luxury housing segment.
The “Luxury Coastline Collection” seeks to present a unified approach to waterfront living, highlighting features such as sea-facing views, privacy and proximity to key urban hubs. Industry observers note that demand for such properties remains strong among high-net-worth individuals, non-resident Indians and business families, driven in part by limited availability of coastal land.
Chairman and Managing Director Anand Pandit said the campaign reflects the company’s ambition to redefine luxury living in Mumbai. He added that the initiative is designed to strengthen brand recognition, create a cohesive identity in the premium segment and expand the firm’s presence across high-value micro-markets.
Mumbai’s luxury real estate sector has seen increasing interest in recent years, particularly in properties offering exclusivity and location-based advantages. Developers are seeking to capitalise on this trend by introducing large-scale, branded residential offerings.
Sri Lotus Developers said its latest campaign is intended to set new benchmarks in the city’s luxury housing space while reinforcing its long-term growth strategy along Mumbai’s coastline.
