BOSS Burger, the delivery-focused food brand by SOCIAL, has launched a customisable pasta range across nine Indian cities, giving customers the option to build their own pasta bowls.
Called BOSS Pasta, the new offering starts at ₹349 and is available at select locations in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Dehradun, Pune and Hyderabad.
Customers can choose between penne and spaghetti, and select from three sauces – Arrabbiata, Alfredo and Pink Sauce. They can then add vegetables or chicken based on their preference.
The brand said the new offering is designed to complement its existing burger range, rather than replace it. Customers can order the pasta alongside a BOSS Burger, share it as part of a meal or have it as a standalone dish.
Chef Shamsul Wahid, Group Executive Chef at Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality, said the aim was to give customers more flexibility while retaining the brand’s focus on comfort food.
The launch comes as younger consumers increasingly look for greater choice and personalisation in their food and lifestyle decisions.
SOCIAL’s Voices From The Hood survey, which examines attitudes among young Indians, found that food quality was the strongest factor influencing dining choices, followed by value for money. The findings suggest that while younger consumers are open to trying different options, the quality of the food remains central to their decisions.
BOSS Burger said BOSS Pasta was developed in response to this demand for variety and personalisation.
The launch expands the brand’s menu beyond burgers while maintaining its focus on indulgent, delivery-friendly food. The company expects the pasta to appeal to customers looking for quick lunches, weeknight meals or additional dishes to share.
BOSS Pasta is available through Swiggy and Zomato at participating outlets in the nine cities.
