Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor has renewed the lease on her apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu neighbourhood, with a total annual rent of ₹72 lakh, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.

The agreement, registered in February 2026 via the Maharashtra government’s Inspector General of Registration portal, outlines a starting monthly rent of ₹6 lakh for a 12-month tenure. The apartment is located in the Prime Beach residential complex and spans approximately 365 square metres (3,929 square feet). The lease also includes four dedicated parking spaces.

Documents indicate that the same property had previously been leased by the actor in October 2024. The latest agreement involved a stamp duty payment of ₹36,000 and registration charges of ₹1,000.

Juhu, situated along Mumbai’s western coastline, is widely regarded as one of the city’s most desirable residential areas. Known for its blend of sea-facing homes, luxury apartments and gated developments, it continues to attract high-net-worth individuals, investors and prominent figures from the film industry.

The area benefits from strong connectivity, with access to the Western Express Highway and key commercial hubs such as Bandra Kurla Complex, Andheri and Santacruz. It is also located close to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. Over the years, Juhu has been home to several well-known Bollywood personalities, including Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar.

Shraddha Kapoor, who debuted in the film Teen Patti, rose to prominence with Aashiqui 2 and has since appeared in a range of commercially successful films across genres. In addition to acting, she has contributed as a playback singer and remains active in endorsements and social initiatives.
