Wipro and cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike have launched a CISO Command Center aimed at helping businesses respond to growing cyber threats, including risks linked to artificial intelligence.
The initiative, announced on 9 September 2026, is designed to help enterprises shift from technology- and tool-driven security operations towards a risk-based approach aligned with wider business priorities.
The command centre will be delivered through Wipro’s CyberTransform and CyberShield solutions under its Wipro Intelligence portfolio, and will use CrowdStrike’s Falcon cybersecurity platform.
The companies said the offering will bring together security capabilities across endpoints, cloud environments, exposure management and AI security. It will also integrate threat detection and response through a modern security operations centre.
Wipro said the initiative is intended to help chief information security officers (CISOs) convert security alerts and other signals into business risk intelligence, allowing organisations to identify, prioritise and respond to threats more quickly.
“Threats that once remained dormant for months can now materialise within hours,” Amar Bysani, Global Practice Head – Cybersecurity and Risk Services at Wipro, said.
The companies said the rise of AI is changing both the cyber threat landscape and the way organisations defend their systems. AI-enabled attacks can potentially increase the speed and scale at which vulnerabilities are exploited, adding pressure on businesses to strengthen their security operations.
Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike, said the partnership would provide CISOs with AI-enabled security capabilities and services aimed at turning cyber risk into actionable intelligence.
The initiative also builds on Wipro’s membership of CrowdStrike’s Project QuiltWorks, a global coalition focused on identifying, prioritising and addressing risks associated with frontier AI.
The partnership comes as companies worldwide increase spending on cybersecurity amid increasingly sophisticated attacks and the rapid adoption of AI across business operations.
