Indian actress Taapsee Pannu has purchased an apartment in Mumbai’s Goregaon West for ₹4.33 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website. The transaction, registered in May 2025, was jointly undertaken with her sister.

The property is located in Imperial Heights, a ready-to-move-in residential development in the western suburbs. The apartment spans a carpet area of 1,390 sq. ft. (approximately 129 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 1,669 sq. ft. (155.02 sq. m.). It also includes two car parking spaces. Stamp duty and registration charges on the purchase amounted to ₹21.65 lakh and ₹30,000, respectively.

Goregaon West has grown into a prominent residential and commercial hub, situated between Mumbai’s key business districts of Andheri and Malad. The area is well-connected via major roads such as the Western Express Highway, Link Road, and SV Road, in addition to the city’s suburban railway network. It hosts a mix of commercial offices, IT parks, co-working spaces, and retail establishments.

According to Square Yards Data Intelligence, Imperial Heights recorded 47 property transactions between April 2024 and March 2025, amounting to a cumulative value of ₹168 crore. The average registered transaction price in the project currently stands at ₹32,170 per sq. ft.

Pannu, a prominent figure in Indian cinema, began her career in modeling before transitioning to film with her 2010 Telugu debut Jhummandi Naadam. She has since earned critical acclaim for performances in Pink, Mulk, Badla, and Thappad, and has worked across Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil film industries.
