Indian cricketer Shivam Dube has purchased two luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a combined Rs 27.5 crore ($3.3 million), according to property registration documents reviewed by online real estate portal Square Yards.

The transaction, registered in June 2025, involves two units located on consecutive floors in DLH Enclave, a residential project in Oshiwara, Andheri West, the documents filed with Maharashtra’s Inspector General of Registration (IGR) show.

Dube’s acquisition underscores the sustained demand for premium residential real estate in Mumbai’s western suburbs, which have long attracted high-net-worth individuals and celebrities due to their robust infrastructure, entertainment options and connectivity.

The combined carpet area of both apartments is approximately 4,200 sq. ft., along with a terrace area of about 3,800 sq. ft., bringing the total built-up area to 892.19 sq. m. (roughly 9,603 sq. ft.). The purchase includes three car parking spaces, a key amenity in the densely populated city.

Situated between key business districts and prominent entertainment zones, Andheri West has developed into a sought-after residential and commercial hub, benefiting from arterial routes like the Western Express Highway and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line.

Dube paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.65 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000 for the transaction, according to the IGR records. The deal was a direct purchase from Dev Land and Housing Limited, the project’s developer.
