Hilton has announced the signing of Hilton Jaipur Kukas, further strengthening its presence in Rajasthan’s hospitality market. Scheduled to open in 2029, the property is being developed in partnership with Masbu Resorts Pvt Ltd and will cater to Jaipur’s fast-growing wedding, leisure, and corporate segments.
The hotel will feature 122 guest rooms, including deluxe rooms, plunge pool rooms and villa suites overlooking the Aravalli Hills. Amenities will include an all-day dining restaurant, executive lounge, spa, fitness center, and both indoor and outdoor pools. For events, Hilton Jaipur Kukas will offer nearly 10,000 sq. ft. of indoor event space and a 25,000 sq. ft. banquet lawn, positioning it as a key destination for large-scale weddings and corporate gatherings.
Located along Delhi Road in Jaipur’s Kukas district, the hotel will benefit from proximity to heritage attractions such as Amber Fort and Jantar Mantar, as well as connectivity to Jaipur International Airport and the city’s railway station.
The signing expands Hilton’s Rajasthan pipeline, which already includes Waldorf Astoria Jaipur, Conrad Jaipur, Signia by Hilton Jaipur—the brand’s India debut—and a Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in Udaipur. The company currently operates Hilton Jaipur and DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer in the state.
“This signing underscores our focus on bringing the flagship Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand to high-demand leisure and wedding destinations,” said Clarence Tan, SVP, Development, Asia Pacific. Zubin Saxena, SVP and Regional Head, Hilton South Asia, added that Jaipur is emerging as one of Hilton’s “most strategically significant markets in India.”
Hilton operates 71 trading and pipeline hotels across South Asia and aims to expand to 300 hotels in the next decade. The move aligns with the company’s broader India strategy to double brand presence and capture growth in premium travel demand.
