Indian real estate advisory platform Propsoch has expanded its operations into Mumbai 3.0, an emerging growth corridor in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
The company said the move is aimed at helping homebuyers assess property opportunities in areas including Panvel, Khopoli and Karjat, where infrastructure development and improved connectivity are expected to support urban growth.
Propsoch, which describes itself as a buyer-centric real estate advisory platform, said it uses a data-driven assessment model to evaluate properties on more than 80 parameters. These include developer credibility, construction quality, project efficiency, legal aspects, liveability and potential future value.
“Our goal is to ensure that buyers have access to unbiased advice, reliable market intelligence and end-to-end guidance,” said Ashish Acharya, founder and chief executive of Propsoch.
The company said it has already conducted due diligence on several projects in the region and developed a research report assessing the area’s real estate potential over the next decade. It plans to use the research as the basis for its advisory services and publish further market insights.
Mumbai 3.0 refers to a planned expansion of the Mumbai metropolitan region, covering parts of Raigad, Thane and eastern Navi Mumbai. The development is being led by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) and is also known as KSC New Town.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has highlighted the region’s potential to attract global investment and described it as a next-generation urban development project.
Propsoch said the expansion comes as homebuyers increasingly look beyond established Mumbai locations for properties offering longer-term growth potential.
The company said its advisory model combines technology, research and architectural due diligence to provide buyers with independent information before they make property decisions.
It plans to strengthen its presence in Mumbai 3.0 through project-level research and market intelligence, as infrastructure development reshapes the region’s real estate landscape.
